The Jewish staff members they provide not only elevate our programs, but each one of them are all-stars, and some of our finest staff. You tell them what you need, and they make it happen. Some of the first brits to come to JCA created JCUSA and they now send international staff to camps all over America. We are so lucky to have them join us and even lucky to call them and the whole organisation our friends. Working with the whole team at JCUSA is one of the highlights of my year-round work at Camp! The time they spend getting to know Camp, our needs and goals are incredible and the deep support they provide through every step of the process helps foster success for Camp and for each staff member they recruit for Camp.
