Pass your interview
You will recieve an email from us to let you know that you have passed your interview
We will then begin the next steps of the program to find you the best summer opportunity
Program fee 1 - £50
Due opon your interview being successful
This will be paid via an online link
Conversation & offer from camp
The camp will contact you directly for an online interview, which we prepare you for
Camp will let us and you know if you are hired, your role and dates too. Even if you don't get offered a job at the first time, we will continue to give you opportunities at other camps
Program fee 2 - £250
Due within 5 days of your job being confirmed with camp
We wil help and support you with all the next steps needed to get your visa
Documents
In order to go to camp in the summer there is paperwork to do, which we help you through
JCUSA will give you all the information you need for your background check, as well as other documentation needed.
Attend appointment at US embassy
You will need to attend a visa appointment at the US embassy to get your J1 visa
The embassy appointment costs $185 (paid directly to the US embassy)
Book flights
We will give you the information needed to book your return flights to camp
Flight prices may vary, the earlier you book the best price you will get. If you need any flight support we are always here to help
Medical Insurance
Your medical insurance will be processed once we have your camp contract
The JCUSA package includes medical insurance for the duration of your camp contract. The insurance does not cover any pre-existing medical conditions
Orientation day
Attend our camp-filled orientation day
This takes place in March and is a great taster into what camp will be like
